Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust successfully went live with System C’s PAS Medway system on 28th October 2018. The Trusts existing Allscripts PAS had been in place for over fifteen years and the programme to replace it commenced in January 18 with a planned eleven month delivery timeline.

Having won the contract to deliver the data migration elements of the programme in March 18, Integris worked within challenging timelines to ensure the Trust went live as planned.

Data migration activities included the deployment of complex transform logic to replicate the Trust’s PTL and support migration of RTT pathways, alongside data quality, testing support and development of an historical data viewer.

The Integris team delivered the data migration strategy within the Trust’s project timelines and at go live migrated 35 million records, with a load success rate of 99.99%, enabling a smooth system cutover with minimal disruption to service.

During the programme Integris were also engaged to provide consultancy services to support the Trust’s Medway deployment team which included the delivery of business change, system configuration, build and testing, go live support and post go live optimisation activities.
